This role involves leading engineering programs to ensure they are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of engineering experience, ideally in manufacturing, and at least 3 years in program management. Strong analytical and project management skills are required, along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is essential.
