The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the Dunkin' location. This includes overseeing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The Assistant General Manager will also be responsible for training new employees, scheduling staff, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
