* Job Duties:

*** Responsible for providing marriage licenses, records searches, recordation of real estate documents, or answering telephone inquiries
* Responsible for handling money accurately, and reconcile cash amounts at the close of each day
* Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, as well as maintaining the departmental standard turnaround time for real estate documents

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** Must have High School diploma or the equivalent.
* One (1) year of experience in record maintenance, law, or real estate..
* Must submit to/pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
