Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available | Weekly Pay

- Assemble components, small parts, or finished goods using hand tools and basic equipment
- Follow visual assembly diagrams, work orders, and safety guidelines at your workstation
- Perform light quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications before packaging
- Package, label, and box finished items for distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
- Entry-level welcome (no prior assembly or manufacturing experience required)
- Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills for small parts assembly
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 to 40 lbs throughout a shift
- Closed-toe shoes or steel-toe boots required (depending on placement)
- Strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and dependable attendance
- Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements
