Join Our Team as a Clinical Procedural RN! Are you a dynamic, compassionate RN who thrives in a fast‑paced ambulatory care setting? Do you love helping patients feel safe and supported before and after procedures?
We’re looking for a Clinical Procedural Registered Nurse in our Dermatology dept to bring their expertise, heart, and clinical smarts to our interdisciplinary team. You’ll care for patients facing everything from quick outpatient procedures to more complex chronic or terminal conditions — all while working in a collaborative environment that values your voice and skills.
RN provides specialized nursing support for the MOHS surgical team, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality care for dermatologic surgery patients. This role includes preparing patients for procedures, assisting during MOHS surgery, providing post‑operative care instructions, coordinating pathology specimen handling, and maintaining a sterile and organized surgical environment. The RN collaborates closely with the surgeon, medical assistants, and clinical staff to support optimal patient outcomes and an excellent patient experience.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Be the calm before and after the procedure — assessing, prepping, and supporting patients through their healthcare journey.
- Use your clinical judgment to deliver safe, individualized care based on each patient’s diagnosis, needs, and procedures.
- Work alongside doctors, techs, and fellow nurses — because teamwork makes the dream work.
- Share your insights in committees, program planning, education, and even research.
- Mentor nursing students and help shape the future of care.
- Stay sharp and compliant — practicing within the Missouri Nurse Practice Act and all organizational policies.
- A current Missouri RN license (or eligible).
- A valid BCLS (Basic Life Support) card.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) — required in some departments.
- Working with radiology? You’ll need the right training or to pass our radiology competency checklist.
- A BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Experience in critical care — if you can handle high‑pressure moments, we want you!
- An RN specialty certification (bonus points for showing off your advanced skills!).
- Supportive leadership and a team that’s got your back.
- Opportunities to grow your skills and lead change.
- A chance to make a real difference — every single day.
If you're ready to bring your nursing talent, big heart, and clinical know‑how to a role that keeps you engaged and appreciated, we want to meet you!
