Job Overview

Research Medical Center is hiring a New Graduate RN Nurse with sponsorship (OPT/EB3) for international students. The role is full‑time, night‑shift (Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Cardiac & Progressive Care Units).

International candidates holding a U.S. OPT that can become active upon graduation may apply.
EB3 Visa sponsorship is offered for qualified applicants. Work eligibility must be available close to OPT start date. Candidates must attend the day‑one CPT program (hybrid online) for future MSN education.

• One‑year, hands‑on training under the HCA Nurse Residency Program

• Monthly education, simulation, preceptorship, evidence‑based practice project.
• Advancement to specialty units available after 1 year.

• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition during admission and shifts.
• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic response, and notify provider as necessary.
• Provide compassionate patient, family, and caregiver education.

• BLS required within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS required within 1 year of employment.
• Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license.
• No previous experience required; travel may be needed for training.

• Sign‑on bonus $10k–$30k.
