The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit during the designated shift. The CNC collaborates with management to monitor and evaluate nursing care, serves as a resource for staff, and models the organization’s vision and values to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.

• Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput.
• Continuously assess the quality of patient care services in collaboration with management.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to create teamwork that improves outcomes and service.
• Support a patient‑first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
• Operationalize nursing strategies such as employee rounding and hourly rounds to improve engagement.
• Recommend and implement staff selection, training, and development, including conflict resolution and performance evaluations.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor to meet patient care needs and productivity guidelines.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 1 year of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse credential.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
