Hourly Pay$32 – $43 (based on experience)
Shift Differentials$3/hour for nights and $2/hour for weekends
Sign‑On Bonus$12,000 with a two‑year commitment

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Independence, MO. This role provides the opportunity to care for patients with acute cardiac conditions in a fast‑paced, supportive environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced clinical skills, strong critical thinking, and a calm, confident presence in high‑stakes situations.
About the Unit36‑bed cardiac telemetry unit
Day Shift: 4–5:1
Night Shift: 5–6:1
Common patient conditions:
Chest pain, stroke, COPD, post‑op recovery, GI complications, accelerated heart rhythm, drips, and more
- Monitor and assess patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry
- Interpret ECG rhythms and respond to emergencies
- Deliver compassionate, high‑quality care for adult patients (16+ years)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Promote patient safety through risk assessment and intervention
- Support professional standards, documentation, and hospital policies
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience required
Education: Diploma, ADN, or BSN from an accredited nursing program
Licensure:
Active RN license from the Missouri State Board of Nursing
OR Multistate RN license from a compact state
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire
