We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in maintaining high-level resident care.

Shift Type: 12-hour

• Current license as a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Missouri.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 (or willingness to get it).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data.
• Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician.
