Supportive nursing leadership and overnight clinical team

Meaningful resident care in skilled nursing and rehabilitation
Provide direct resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on day shift
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
Accurately document nursing care in the EMR
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
Respond to overnight clinical needs and emergencies
Active Missouri LPN license - required
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
