American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN with OASIS and HCHB EMR experience for a geriatric caseload.

• Home Health setting serving an adult geriatric patient population
• Average daily caseload of 5-7 patients
• Schedule is Monday-Friday with possible weekend shifts
• On-call responsibilities required, details discussed during interview
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
• Travelers expected to be flexible with assigned territory
• Uses Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR system

• Active RN license (MO or Compact) required, in hand prior to start
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health nursing experience required
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB charting system experience required

• Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in a home health setting
• Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted
• iPad provided for documentation, personal cell phone not required
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• First-time travelers are not accepted for this role
• Local candidates accepted at the same travel rate
