Role:
The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator Telemetry ensures high-quality, patient-centered care by supervising nursing staff, coordinating admissions/discharges, and evaluating care quality.
Responsibilities:- Assist with patient throughput, participate in quality assessments, foster teamwork, support service recovery, implement engagement strategies, contribute to staff hiring and training, manage staff scheduling, and oversee supply inventory.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days and Advanced Cardiac Life Support within one year.
