Field Supervisor - Kansas City Area - Summer 2026
Midwest Pool Management is seeking an energetic, trustworthy, and reliable Field Supervisor to partner with facility management staff. The role involves daily interaction with field staff and District Managers, ensuring teams have the knowledge, skills, resources, and training necessary to achieve company and personal success.
The position is seasonal, beginning in April and lasting through the fall to close and winterize pools.
Responsibilities- Perform facility inspections evaluating quality of operation, including safety, cleanliness, professionalism of staff, and customer service.
- Assist managers in maintaining a safe, clean environment that exceeds client expectations.
- Monitor and report on pool supply inventories.
- Assist in scheduling lifeguards, cashiers, and concession workers as needed.
- Assist with pre‑season and post‑season work.
- Document all maintenance issues and keep an up‑to‑date list.
- Assist managers in troubleshooting problems as they arise at the facility (personnel, operational, and water‑quality issues).
- Perform basic pool pump and filter maintenance; troubleshoot problems.
- Vacuum, skim, and brush pools.
- Maintain chemical levels, test water, and add chemicals.
- Drive own vehicle to move between pools and transport equipment and supplies.
- Previous swimming pool experience is desirable.

- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability from April through September, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Typical shift hours: 10 am–9 pm; 7 days a week; up to 40 hours per week.
- Professional appearance and conduct; wear required uniform.
- Maintain cleanliness of pools and surrounding facilities.
- Arrive on time and know schedule.
- Minimum 18 hours per week; required weekend days per month (at least four).
