We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee all dining operations on an interim, short‑term basis. The Temporary Dining Services Director will ensure that our dining program delivers superior quality to all residents, regardless of their individual needs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of outstanding inter‑departmental relationships and leads by example.

• Base pay: $78,000.00/yr – $83,000.00/yr
• Additional compensation will be based on skills and experience.

The Temporary Dining Services Director will be responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of the dining program to consistently exceed resident expectations.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality.
• Collaborating with other departments to coordinate schedules, menu planning, and resident care.
• Leading and motivating the dining team by example.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a food service management role.
• Degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Safe Serve certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Purchasing experience.
• Ability to manage a large department.
