This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in "fast-tracking" into a Store Management position. It requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least 6 months of store management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, financial management, and customer satisfaction. The role offers hourly pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.

• Create a customer-centric environment.
• Train and develop staff.
• Recruit top talent.
• Manage store opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Maintain store standards and customer service quality.
• Assist with loan and merchandise processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective supervision skills.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic office equipment.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and independent working skills.
