Job Description
UGM is looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Representative to assist customers and builder clients. The candidate will develop skills in lead generation and new client acquisition. As an Outside Sales Representative in the Stone & Granite industry, you will drive sales growth, build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close deals.
Minimum Qualifications- Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience in the Stone & Granite Industry required
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Ability to travel as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
