Position: Senior Client Advisor (North America-FT)

Corporate Solutions ·

United States

Description

Neuro Leadership Institute is a think tank and consultancy on a mission to make corporate workplaces more human.

We turn brain science into practical behavior change. We partner with more than 60% of the Fortune 100 and help millions of employees worldwide improve their life at work.

Our Corporate Solutions team (B2B sales) drives new client acquisition for NLI’s behavior change programs and learning solutions, and the team is growing.

As a Senior Client Advisor, you’re a hungry, resourceful hunter who can take rigorous, complex research and turn it into clear, compelling solutions that move a client’s business forward. This is a remote role based in the Pacific Time Zone within the United States, focused on clients on the West Coast, and you’ll report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales.

Responsibilities
  • Take a consultative approach: dig into client goals and challenges, then match them with the right NLI solution.

  • Bring research-backed insights to every conversation so prospects and clients see the “why” behind the “what”.

  • Think strategically and tactically about each engagement, from first conversation to signed agreement.

  • Generate your own leads, write proposals, and build and present decks that showcase our offerings.

Requirements
  • Three (minimum) to Five (ideal) or more years of commercial experience in consultative sales

  • A genuine passion for the hunt, and the persistence to see it through

  • Established senior-level relationships across HR and/or L&D, ideally with West Coast organizations

  • Familiarity with research in talent management, organizational change, human resources, psychology, or neuroscience (and curiosity to keep learning)

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

  • Comfort working remotely and managing your own territory, with some travel to client sites as needed

Working conditions
  • A collegial, inclusive workplace where your voice matters

  • Uncapped commission and great benefits

  • Fantastic colleagues who are as smart as they are kind

  • The chance to do work that improves people’s lives, at scale

  • Remote work from the United States

If this sounds like you, and like the place you want to be, we’d love to hear from you.

PS:
We want to hire the people best suited to our culture, so we’ve designed an intensive, task-based selection process. Be prepared to work hard to earn this opportunity.

PPS: NLI is more than an equal opportunity employer. We’re actively working to expand and diversify our applicant pool so our team reflects the range of communities and clients we serve. If you’re excited about this role but don’t tick every box, please apply anyway.
