- $1,000 Bonus Opportunity for Armed Security Officers in KCMO!
First $500 Bonus: For licensed armed candidates already holding a valid armed license in KCMO . - Paid out in increments:
- $150 after
30 days - $150 after
60 days - $200 after
90 days - Plus, we’ll cover the cost of your license transfer .

- Second $500 Bonus – Weapon Reimbursement:
For all newly hired armed officers , receive a$500 weapon reimbursement bonus after
180 days of continued employment .

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Kansas City, MO - Set schedule:
Part-time, Sunday, 1st shift, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. - Competitive hourly wage of $23/ hour(Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Candidates must have a background in corrections, law enforcement, or military, or have at least one consecutive year of armed security experience.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- First aid certification is an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- You have a state license if required
