Maintenance Technician

Position Overview: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing equipment across multiple car wash locations. You will work closely with site managers to ensure maintenance is performed efficiently, managing costs and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or commercial equipment troubleshooting
• Experience with air compressors, electrical systems, 3-phase motors, VFDs, motor controls, hydraulics, plumbing, and pneumatics
• Proficiency in the safe use of power tools and heavy equipment
• Preferred but not required: forklift operation, welding, electrical certifications, car wash experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills, ability to lead by example
• Effective time and team management skills
