* Compensation: $26-$40 per hour based on experience plus opportunities for commission!
What You'll Do (Electrician Responsibilities)
* Perform residential electrical service, maintenance, and repairs
* Install power wiring, control wiring, fire alarm wiring, and communication wiring in conduit
* Mount and install light fixtures, lighting controls, breaker panels, transformers, disconnects, meter sockets, etc.
* Install and troubleshoot electrical equipment and fire alarm panels
* Lead crews on assigned projects, ensuring quality and efficiency
* Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold safety and quality standards
* Work with Project Managers to ensure projects finish on time and within budget
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
* 2+ years as an electrician (residential or commercial) preferred
* Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
* Team-oriented and strong work ethic
* Valid driver's license required
* Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
