Personal Trainer

• ✅ Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
• ✅ Experience or willingness to lead small group and team training sessions
• ✅ Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
• ✅ Excellent communication and motivational skills
• ✅ Self-starter who thrives in a team environment
• ✅ Positive, coachable, and professional attitude

• Design and deliver effective 1-on-1 personal training programs
• Lead Small Group Training sessions (2–6 clients) and high-energy Team Training workouts
• Educate and engage members on fitness best practices
• Provide exceptional service and consistent follow-up to support member retention
• Make 30–50 outreach calls per day to prospects and current members to build your client base
• Actively generate leads, book consultations, and close training sales to meet monthly sales goals
• Participate in gym events and community activities to increase visibility and connection
