• Pay Rate:
  Drivers average $80,000 to $85,000 per year.
• 4‑day work weeks with no Saturdays.
• Day 1 Benefits:

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Inspect bill of lading, verify accuracy, and store keys for off‑hour delivery.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailer and deliver product into customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficient for job‑related tasks.
