• CDL must have been issued at least 2 years ago
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience
• Must meet Safe Way Carrier's driving-record and safety requirements
• Must be able to legally and safely operate for Safe Way Carrier
• Professional attitude and willingness to work with dispatch and our operations team

• Reefer starting at $0.60 per mile to start, up to $0.70 after your first annual review
• Dry Van $0.55 per mile to start, up to $0.65 after your first annual review
• All miles paid loaded and empty
• Weekly pay
• $100 bonus for every passed DOT inspection
• Layover, detention and breakdown pay
• Dry Van additional drop pay: $50 per drop on qualifying drop-and-hook accounts
