Tax Accountant, Accounting Manager
We are searching for a Tax & Accounting Associate to serve our growing family of clients. Do you have 1-3 years of accounting and/or tax experience? Are you interested in working directly with individuals and small businesses? The Ideal Candidate:
- Has 1-3 years of accounting and/or tax experience, preferably in public accounting
- Is detail oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (our tech stack consists of Microsoft 365, Ultra Tax, RIA Checkpoint, Quick Books Online, Share File, and numerous other applications)
- Enjoys creating new solutions, improving processes, and driving projects to completion
- Is an excellent communicator who works well with clients, colleagues, and other professionals
- Embraces continuous learning, new technologies, and new challenges
Responsibilities:
- Prepare business, individual, and trust tax returns
- Tax research, planning, and projections
- Provide accounting services for clients including day-to-day processes, period-end closes, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and analysis
- Accounting system implementations and integrations (Quick Books Online and third-party apps)
Other Information:
- The ability to juggle many projects is important in this role.
