We are looking for you! As a Disputes Specialist, you will manage daily tasks related to customer billing, master data for contracts, and pricing, while assisting in dispute resolution for a portfolio of customer accounts. You will play a key role in supporting collection goals and providing high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Research and correct disputed invoices by identifying and resolving root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Produce and deliver accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner while auditing volumes and revenues for data integrity.
- Analyze and interpret commercial contracts to set up and maintain customer contract profiles in the billing system.
- Implement price attainment plans and customer billing in accordance with contract terms and corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales account managers, Customer Master groups, and Division Management to ensure record accuracy and effective administration of invoice error rates.
- Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, and other channels to resolve issues and eliminate habitual customer concerns.
- Provide support and reporting to Division and Corporate management regarding accurate billing goals.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field; OR three years of relevant experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge and abilities in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Kite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization.
- Ability to solve practical problems and handle multiple tasks or interruptions with a professional demeanor.
- Basic mathematical proficiency, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- SAP knowledge and experience.
- ALTO knowledge and experience
