$70,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr

As a Business Insights Analyst II, you will prepare, analyze, and interpret diverse data streams across our franchise brands to inform critical Operations, HR, and Marketing decisions. You will report to the Manager of BI/Reporting and have direct access to senior leadership across the brands.

• Build dashboards in Power BI to visualize trends and impacts.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis to support business decisions with Brand Presidents, Senior Operators, and Department Heads.
• Summarize and synthesize core findings and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
• Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness through ROI and pre‑post net assessments, partnering with data science and marketing teams.
• Drive value creation opportunities as an objective thought partner to key stakeholders.

• 2–5 years of analytics and problem‑solving experience (restaurant experience a plus, but not required).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi‑task under tight deadlines; statistical knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple facets of the business.
• Strong Excel skills;
  Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualization software strongly preferred; SQL coding, Python, and/or R experience preferred.
• Curiosity – naturally asks “so what?” questions and uncovers insights from analysis.
• Proven ability to learn quickly on new industries, businesses, and concepts.
