Operations Manager
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving results? Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to join their team on a contract basis. This fully on-site role in Cleveland OH, is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. Depending on performance and needs this opportunity could turn long term.
Responsibilities- Lead and support a team of accounts receivable professionals
- Provide daily guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Assist with collections and account resolution as needed
- Monitor aging reports and implement effective collection strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and streamline processes
- Proven experience leading an accounts receivable or collections teams
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience with strong communication skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work fully on-site in Cleveland, OH
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
