This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Independence, OH, for a Mechanical Project Manager. The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of mechanical projects while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing procurement processes, coordinating building service improvements, and supervising plumbing and mechanical engineering tasks. The role requires collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and applications
• Experience with Plumbing systems and Building Services
• Strong skills in Project Budgeting and Procurement management
• Excellent communication and team management capabilities
• Proven ability to oversee complex mechanical projects from planning to completion
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or mechanical contracting industry is highly desirable
