Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $55,

We are conducting a search for a Recruiter to join our growing team. The Recruiter will take a strategic and hands-on role in sourcing and hiring for professional and leadership positions across the U.S.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within the manufacturing or trades industry and be comfortable partnering with senior leadership to drive the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the recruiting team and HR leadership to support hiring needs across U.S. locations.
• Focus on recruiting for high-level professional and management roles (e.g., managers, analysts, maintenance techs), not high-volume production.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting, from job postings to candidate outreach and screening, through to handoff at onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain candidate tracking in ATS (UKG experience a plus, but not required).
• Provide a professional candidate experience while representing the company brand.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or trades recruiting strongly preferred.
• Agency or in-house recruiting backgrounds welcome.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing tools, and corporate hiring processes.
• Collaborative and adaptable team player with excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
