BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a RN Case Manager (RN required) for our Independence, OH Home Health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Cleveland, OH area.

• Supervise a team of field nurses.
• Conduct supervisory visits as needed within the homes.
• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in the Cleveland and Independence, OH areas.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training for new nurses.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in‑services for field staff.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN is required.
• 1+ years of Home Health required.
• 2 years of Oasis experience preferred.
• Acute, med/surg, and/or sub‑acute experience.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
