• Lead the customer experience, ensuring each customer receives unforgettable and custom‑fit solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, managing inventory and controlling expenses.
• Ensure staff follows safety and security rules, company policies, and protects customers, associates, and store assets.
• Maintain store appearance and overall “look its best.”

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus.
• Self‑starter with continuous learning mindset, educating store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
