Base pay range: $12.00/hr - $14.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – speak with your recruiter to learn more.

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Build lasting customer relationships by offering personalized product recommendations.
• Proactively support customers on the sales floor to meet their needs.
• Develop strong knowledge of store products, promotions, and services.
• Help customers locate products, explain features, and suggest alternatives.
• Demonstrate proper product and tool usage when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Stock shelves, check inventory, and assist with receiving deliveries.
• Ensure product displays and signage are neat and well‑stocked.
• Work closely with team members to meet sales goals and support smooth store operations.
• Support management and other associates in daily tasks.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude contributing to a friendly work atmosphere.
• Help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Share ideas to improve sales, product placement, and store performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience a plus but not required.
• Passion for DIY home improvement and hardware products highly valued.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong desire to help customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
