Job Description
We are seeking a Sales/Estimator to join our team. You must have at least 1 year of experience in estimating asphalt/concrete services. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Previous experience in sales/estimating asphalt or concrete
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Good negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
We are a full service paving company that specializes in milling, new installs, resurfacing and patching of parking lots and residential driveways. We also offer health insurance and a simple IRA retirement plan. We are located in Independence, Ohio. Compensation is based on skill, experience and knowledge.
