Job SummaryThe Inside Sales Rep I (ISR I) represents Ameri Gas in building business through inbound and outbound campaigns, prospecting and qualifying leads, retaining and reactivating customers, and providing digital support.

- Work independently and remotely within call center teams and with leadership expectations
- Make outbound calls to lost, inactive, and prospective customers.
- Qualify leads, assess current use and needs to determine serviceability, and present value statements and sales messaging to retain customers.
- Apply special offers and pricing and complete necessary steps to deliver product or service sold.
- Maintain complete records of customer interactions and process activities in CRM/SAP systems.
- Generate orders and complete agreements or contracts as required.
- Support sales efforts as directed by the sales manager.
- Provide digital support and promote special offers to existing customers.
- Record detailed notes in CRM/SAP.
- Comply with company policies.
- Assist with tasks assigned by the sales manager to support sales goals.
- Proficient in sales techniques: prospecting, discovery, value proposition, objection handling, and customer acquisition.
- Efficient use of CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office, and business systems.
- Strong telephone presence and interpersonal skills.
- Effective and professional communication in English (written and verbal).
- Multi‑task, prioritize workload, strong organization and time management skills.
- Active listening and inquiry to discover prospect needs.
- Motivated and results‑driven.
- Teamwork, coaching, ability to give and receive feedback.
- Self‑management and maintenance of leadership expectations.
- High school education or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience with CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

CompensationUp to $21.00/hr, based on qualifications, experience, market data, and other factors. Performance‑based bonuses or commissions may be available.
