Service Technician & Mechanic – Diesel Engine Rebuilder (Maintenance)

ALL Crane Service, LLC is seeking a Service Technician & Mechanic – Diesel Engine Rebuilder for a full‑time, non‑exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package. Eligible for a $300 candidate sign‑on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

Location:

Independence, OH 44131.

• Disassemble, clean and reassemble engines and/or engine components.
• Perform preventative maintenance based on assessment of engines.
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed.
• Read, understand and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain positive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department, and customers.
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken.
• Work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience with Cummins engines and INSITE software is a plus.
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Must have a strong diesel engine background.
• Must have a basic set of mechanic’s hand tools.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
