Job Description

Are you mechanically and electrically inclined? Do you like providing customers with quality service solutions? Join our team and become a part of the leading nationwide provider of commercial food equipment service!

• You will work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
• You will typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal supervision at customer sites.
• You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the table:

• An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 6-8 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience
• A valid Driver’s License and ability to drive multiple hours daily
• Ability to work Overtime and On-Call as required
• Ability to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 75 lbs with or without assistance
• Climb up to 10 ft with an A-frame ladder
• Occasional roof access through extension or fixed ladders over 20 feet
• Extensive walking (3-5 miles/day)
• Extensive driving (5-6 hours/day)
• Kneel, squat, bend, push/pull
• Operate machinery, power tools, and motor vehicles

Working Conditions:

• Office and customer facilities, including commercial kitchens
• Exposure to noise, heat, cold, slippery, wet, and dirty conditions
• Travel up to 50% of the time

Hours of Work:

• Normal business hours with occasional extended hours, nights, and weekends
