Job Description
Are you mechanically and electrically inclined? Do you like providing customers with quality service solutions? Join our team and become a part of the leading nationwide provider of commercial food equipment service!
- You will work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
- You will typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal supervision at customer sites.
- You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the table:
- An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 6-8 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience
- A valid Driver’s License and ability to drive multiple hours daily
- Ability to work Overtime and On-Call as required
- Ability to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH

Physical Demands:
- Lift up to 75 lbs with or without assistance
- Climb up to 10 ft with an A-frame ladder
- Occasional roof access through extension or fixed ladders over 20 feet
- Extensive walking (3-5 miles/day)
- Extensive driving (5-6 hours/day)
- Kneel, squat, bend, push/pull
- Operate machinery, power tools, and motor vehicles
Working Conditions:
- Office and customer facilities, including commercial kitchens
- Exposure to noise, heat, cold, slippery, wet, and dirty conditions
- Travel up to 50% of the time
Hours of Work:
- Normal business hours with occasional extended hours, nights, and weekends
