Ohio Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. Through our personalized programming, we help youth gain stability, comfort and confidence to overcome all challenges and live well. • Transport children in foster care to court‑ordered family visits in your personal vehicle.
• Ensure safe and timely travel for children at all times.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of travel and child visits as required.
• Adhere to all state and agency policies regarding foster care transportation.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of human services experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Car registration and auto insurance (if driving for the company).
• Reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
