Berger Hospital hosts a Project Search program and is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to empower individuals with disabilities to gain independence during their internship. You will guide students through real-world tasks, coordinate with families, support teams, and host employers, and help them graduate from the program with practical skills.
You will work closely with 3–4 students per cohort, supporting their growth and placement experiences within the hospital environment and affiliated sites.
