Senior Guidewire Developer

As a Guidewire Developer, you will enhance functionality and solve issues in Guidewire Billing Center or Policy Center, supporting the transition of several markets to the Guidewire system.

This is a remote role with two onsite days per month at our Independence, Ohio location. You must live within 100 miles of Cleveland, Ohio.

• Work on sprint stories in 2‑week sprints using Agile. Code in Gosu using Studio, a customized Intelli

• Develop batches, UI changes, message queues, web service integrations, configure page files, and write unit tests using Guidewire’s unit testing framework.
• Support testing stories by designing or executing testing plans.
• Present during code review sessions and sprint reviews to team members, product owners, and stakeholders (sometimes to over 100 people).

• Prior experience with Guidewire is excellent, especially with Policy Center integration and configuration.
• Extensive experience with Java, Gosu, Intelli
  
  J, and Studio for coding new features.
• Experience with APD framework, Integration framework, and Mule Soft is desired.
• Production environment experience, on‑call capability, ticket triage, bug fixing, and log troubleshooting.
• Agile team experience and understanding of daily standups, sprint completion, and frequent deployment deadlines.
• Understanding of Postman, SOAP, and REST integration with web services.
