Cabinet works Group is seeking a Production Supervisor in Oregon (Independence) to lead a manufacturing department and drive safety, quality, and productivity. You will coordinate staffing, supervise day-to-day operations, and champion continuous improvement initiatives across our cabinetry production lines.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and experience with manufacturing software systems. Lean/Six Sigma training is a plus.
