We are looking for a detail-oriented   Accounts Executive   with prior experience working in an   e-commerce/D2C brand  . The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally, Excel, and day-to-day accounting operations including entries, reconciliations, and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in   Tally
Handle   bank reconciliation statements (BRS)   on a regular basis
Manage and reconcile   e-commerce platform settlements   (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, payment gateways, etc.)
Track receivables, payables, and vendor payments
Maintain proper documentation for invoices, bills, and vouchers
Assist in   GST-related work   – data preparation, returns, and reconciliation
Prepare MIS reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders as required

Requirement:
B.Com   graduate (mandatory)
1-3 years   of hands-on experience in accounting
Prior experience with an   e-commerce/D2C brand   is highly preferred
Strong working knowledge of   Tally   and   MS Excel
Good understanding of accounting entries and financial processes
Knowledge of GST basics and compliance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
