Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the company’s overall accounting, taxation, and compliance functions. The role requires ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to statutory requirements in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Income Tax & Compliance:
Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (company & individuals)
Ensuring timely TDS/TCS compliance, filing, and reconciliation
Representation before tax authorities for hearings and assessments

Accounting & Finalization:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations
Ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and documentation
Finalization of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual accounts

GST Compliance:
Handle GST reconciliation, returns, and documentation
Provide support for GST-related requirements during finalization and assessments

Audit & Controls:
Ensure timely completion of Statutory and Tax Audits
Monitor compliance with Internal Control Systems and Accounts Manual
Coordinate with auditors and handle audit-related queries

Skills & Attributes:
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory laws
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
