Sr. Executive – Accounts (5 to 6 Years Experience)

Sr. Executive – Accounts

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & ERP Operations
Proficient in  Tally Prime  and  ERP software  for daily accounting operations.
Booking and verification of  sales, purchase, expenses and other accounting vouchers .
Handling  monthly closing activities , including ledger scrutiny and stock working.
Knowledge of  year-end closing , balance sheet finalization support, profit & loss preparation, and audit-related documentation.
2. Taxation (TDS & GST)
Basic understanding of  accounting principles, TDS, and GST .
Monthly  TDS calculation, working, deduction, and statutory payments .
Coordination for filing GST returns and maintaining compliance records.
3. MIS & Reporting
Preparing  MIS reports  as per management requirements.
Monitoring financial data and assisting in management decision-making.
4. Compliance & Audit Support
Assisting with  BIS documentation , statutory audits, internal audits, and financial reviews.
Ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial data and compliance records.
5. Excel & Communication
Strong command over  Microsoft Excel  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS formats, etc.).
Good  email communication skills  for internal and external coordination.

Knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and handle deadlines.
Strong coordination and documentation skills.
Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
