Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Executive to support accounting and invoice processing activities for one of the clients. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices accurately
Perform basic GL review and reconciliations
Review invoices for completeness and correctness
Coordinate with internal reviewers and supervisors
Maintain proper documentation and file organization
Support month-end and reporting activities as required
Ability to meet daily deadlines

Skills & Qualifications

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com

Experience:

2–3 years (US accounting / AP experience preferred)
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced MS Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables
Accounts Receivable and Payable management with advance knowledge

Preferred Skills

Exposure to US accounting environment

Experience with AP and AR Process
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Aderant, excel etc.
Prior experience working with US clients

Work Expectations

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work in US time zones
Comfortable working in a process-driven environment
Prior Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations & Payroll
