Account Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and inventory management, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Process day-to-day accounting entries including invoice processing and bill entries
Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Handle GST and TDS filings and compliance
Maintain and manage inventory records
Prepare and maintain Accounts MIS reports for management review

Required Skills & Competencies
Sound knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
Experience in Accounts MIS reporting and inventory management
Proficiency in Zoho Books and/or Odoo
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel

Good analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance
2–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
