Senior Accountant – Zoho Books

Location: Najafgarh

Vidhi Singhania  is looking for a sincere, organised and technology-savvy  Senior Accountant  to independently manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our growing business.

CTC:
Rupees 5.5 Lakhs per year

Experience

4–7 years of relevant accounting experience
Hands-on experience with  Zoho Books  (Mandatory) and  Tally

Key Responsibilities

Complete day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting
Sales, purchase and journal entries
Bank reconciliations
Accounts payable and receivable
GST workings and coordination with the Chartered Accountant
Preparation of monthly MIS and management reports
Maintaining accurate digital records and documentation
Assisting in inventory reconciliation, wherever applicable

Software Skills (Mandatory)

Zoho Books
Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive and Gmail)
Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Compensation:  Competitive and commensurate with experience.
