Audit Associate

Location: Noida Sector 27

About the Role
* We're looking for an audit professional to independently handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for a diverse client base spanning technology startups, manufacturing, and service sector companies, including cross-border India-US engagements.

* Key Responsibilities
* - Independently plan and execute statutory audits under the Companies Act, including CARO 2020 reporting
- Conduct internal audits and prepare Internal Financial Controls (IFC) documentation
- Handle tax audits under the Income Tax Act
- Draft audit reports, management letters, and financial statement notes in compliance with Ind AS/Schedule III
- Liaise directly with client finance teams to resolve audit queries
- Review and finalize financial statements, including CFS reconciliations
- Supervise and review work of articled trainees
- Support GST audits and related compliance where required
- Assist in transfer pricing and other advisory assignments as needed

* Requirements
* - CA qualified, or CA dropout (cleared Inter, substantial articleship in audit) with demonstrated post-articleship audit experience
- 4–5 years of hands-on audit experience, ideally across mid-size or Big 4/6 firms
- Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, Standards on Auditing
- Proficiency with audit tools/ERP systems (Tally, Zoho Books, Quick Books, or similar)
- Excellent drafting and client communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple audit assignments and deadlines independently
