Senior Accountant

Location: Pattom Palace

Silpi Advertising  is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented  Senior Accountant  with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GST and statutory requirements, supporting audits, handling collections, and delivering accurate financial reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Management

Maintain and monitor accounts payable and receivable
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
Manage daily accounting activities and ledger reconciliation
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

2. Audit Support

Assist in internal and external audits
Prepare financial statements, schedules, and required documents
Ensure compliance and accuracy during audit processes
Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit queries

3. Collections & Receivables

Follow up on outstanding invoices and pending payments
Maintain strong coordination with clients for timely collections
Track receivables and report aging to management

4. Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
Generate MIS reports and provide insights for decision-making
Monitor financial performance and highlight key observations

5. GST & Statutory Compliance

Handle GST entries, reconciliation, and return filing
Ensure timely compliance with GST and other statutory regulations
Maintain proper documentation for tax filings and audits
