Job Overview
Honor Vet Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented  Finance & Accounting professional  with experience in billing, financial reporting, customer collections, account analysis, and auditing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Quick Books and a strong understanding of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities.
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare and review financial reports and account reconciliations.
Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
Assist with auditing and reviewing various accounts.
Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books.
Support month-end closing and other accounting activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding billing and payment-related queries.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
Hands-on Quick Books experience is required.
Strong knowledge of billing, collections, financial reporting, and account analysis.

Good analytical , communication, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
