Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder

Reporting to:  Founder / Co-Founder
We’re looking for a  sharp, highly organised Executive Personal Assistant  to work directly with the Founder(s) of a fast-growing hospitality company.
This is  not a clerical role .
This is a  high-ownership, high-trust role  for someone who loves structure, follow-ups, and execution in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do
• Manage calendars, meetings, reminders, travel and daily schedules

• Prioritise meetings and ensure agendas & action points are followed up

• Track tasks assigned to HODs and teams; chase closures and deadlines

• Act as a bridge between Founder and internal/external stakeholders

• Draft emails, Whats App summaries, meeting notes and follow-ups

• Maintain simple trackers (Google Sheets / Docs)

• Be part of key Whats App groups for coordination and visibility

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Support special projects, audits, surprise checks and founder-led initiatives

• Assist with occasional personal coordination tasks

Who should apply
• 3–7 years experience as a PA / EA / Founder’s Assistant

• Exceptional organisation, follow-up and communication skills

• Comfortable with Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs and Whats App

• Strong written English (Hindi / Hinglish is a plus)

• Calm under pressure, proactive and solution-oriented

• Experience in hospitality, startups or promoter-led businesses is a big plus
